Plastic flap under car in front of rear wheel

Hi guys,

As the subject title says... it has come loose and due to my foot I couldn't get a look under the car to see what was rattling till today.

It is still there, but a bit torn on 1 side, the hook part appears ok, but I was wondering should I expect a warranty job?? Or will they just clip it in when I show up tomorrow at stealers?
