i think i found the problem. noticed rear passenger side a lil lower than rear drivers side

applying pressure over the trunk i can squeeze passenger side more. its time for a re-build on the koni yellows i guess. that explains mid corner awkward body weight transfer.
40k kms is rather quick for them to die.

Anything will deteriorate faster when you constantly push its limits.

How are the roads over there? Konis deteriorate quickly when used on rough rutted roads.

Rebuild prob not - lifetime guarantee.

Had 10 yr old Koni's leak on my bike....salesman, seeing his commission slip away, swore Koni would prob not make good on such an old install.

Koni was as good as gold - new shocks showed up at my door. Hey! I'm sold....

roads up here are smooth as butter. shocks were not used with loweing springs, only zsp sport springs.

Lifetime guarantee on Konis? I never knew that. Bilsteins yeah they have lifetime. Konis you should rebuild/refresh every so often and they say so. Maybe their old moto shocks had lifetime?

here is my suspension mod list

koni yellows all around
zsp springs from e92 mt(i believe mt e92 have the shortest springs)
dinan camber
m3 front control arms
sp lowering perches
cusco strut bar
megan racing toe
no LSD
245's upfront/255 rears to minimize stagger(pirelli rosso)

i have thought about installing front sway bar, but i have heard it can induce more understeer. UPgrading rear sway bar makes the car fish-tail happy unless LSD is already installed. is there no other way to get more grip upfront to kill this body roll & understeer?
Ran into your suspension thread searching for something else. Was curious to ask if you ever solved your problem?

You got absolutely awful advice at first then some others chimed in with much better advice. Still no one ever brought up proper suspension tuning advice such as logging tire temps, adjusting your roll couple distrbution, calculating suspension frequencies, etc, etc. so I was wondering how it all turned out.

upon inspection I found that passenger side lower shock mount was missing 1 bolt and other was loose which made the shock move around, hence giving that body roll type feeling.
I have since installed new lower shock mounts and ride is super good. car feels very stable, absorbs all road bumps without unsettling the car.

I even attended a 3 day performance driving school, and car felt great. I could have benefited with higher spring rates and a LSD but a super smooth dd is my priority and LSD is lil too much money(for me) to justify.
