Disc changer issue

Hi,
In my e92 i have the disc changer in the boot, issue is that when I press the eject button it makes a 'mechanism' noise but doesn't actually come out?
Any suggestions?

Must be a disk jammed. Think you can run a credit card in around the cartridge which should manually release it.
