FS or Lease Take Over: 2010 BMW 335i M-Sport e90 sedan. 3k miles. Loaded.

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
For sale or take over lease.

Like new, mint condition 2010 BMW 335i M-Sport e90 sedan. 3k miles. Leased with BMW Financial services. 15k miles per year (i.e. ~42k left on lease). Term ends Oct. 20, 2012.

Barely driven because (sadly) I drive my hybrid every day to commute, so realized I don’t really need this car, unfortunately. I hate to part with it because it is a GREAT car.

Has $5k post-lease damage insurance (i.e. you return car with up to $5k worth of dents, dings, scratches, etc., and pay nothing).

Car was a custom order with the following specs:

M-Sport package
Space Gray Metallic
Chestnut Brown Dakota (i.e. dark red) Leather
Rear Park Distance Control
18” Wheels M Wheels
iPod and USB Adapter
Navigation System
BMW Assist with Bluetooth
Satellite Radio
Logic7 Sound System
Dark Burl Walnut Trim
Sport Seats
M Steering Wheel with Paddle Shifters
Sport Suspension
Steptronic Automatic Transmission
Anti-theft Alarm
Comfort Access Keyless Entry
Moonroof
Power Rear Sunshade
Side Rear Sunshades
Power Front Seats
Heated Front Seats
Xenon Headlights

Monthly payment = $814.66. I will pay transfer coat to BMWFS (i.e. $500) OR will sell for $48,750 (less than buyout price).

Hi hsiaochinsan,

I'm assuming there is a typo in your offer?

I doubt its a typo. People can be real pricks on here. Worst part of it is, if you were desperate enough to accept his insulting offer, he probably still wouldn't take it. People make empty offers all the time on here.

Learned that the hard way when selling my 335i recently.

Sweet ride, good luck with the sale.

Sweet ride, just try to sell rather than do a lease takeover since your lease payment is not attractive at all

I agree with the others just sell it. You can get a 2011 M3 for that lease payment. Thats way too high for a 335i and its not even a 335is!

Why don't you sell the prius? The money you got could easily pay for the gas on the 335i.

hahaha who's going to pay $48k for a USED 335 HAHAHAH

on a more serious note: nice car and features. adjust your price and be realistic. it is a used car. it may be worth more to YOU, but not to others. don't take my word for it... kbb.com

Its foreseeable to have a lease payment that high, CA has high taxes, the car is pretty much FULLY loaded and with the post-lease insurance I can see it, but yeah thats not an attractive lease transfer at all. In the end you're going to lose a lot of money getting rid of it so soon after you got it.

if it's inclusive of taxes it might be rather reasonable... CA taxes are what almost 10%

Hi All... Yes, lease payment is high in large part due to CA taxes (it is inclusive of tax)... I did order the car to spec. In service date is 10/20/09. Sticker is $54,750.

My car had a $54k MSRP + I have lease end insurance and put minimal down and still have a $490 payment.

Nice looking car, good luck.

Even though I have been looking for a car on here I also have found that people are unrealistic with their offers.
