2007 navigation recalled?
I am in the porcess of buying a pre owned 07 328xi and the owner of the car is telling me that he does not have the navigation DVD and was recalled by BMW and that he is the 'list' at his dealer to be given the new DVD when it is released . I am not sure if it is sure. If it is true how would I get the latest navigation DVD and how much would it cost.

I've never heard of a DVD being recalled, if I understand you correctly. Sounds a little suspicious.
Are you sure the navigation works? I would borrow a navi DVD form a friend and see if it works before I purchase the car... |

The car seems to be in warranty 41k miles and 3 years...So I was kinda easy on checking out all the things.....if the navi does not work will it b fixes since it is in warranty.....
How can I check if it is still in warranty or not? calling BMW dealer? Update!! - The BT and the radio/mp3 works and I can see that on the navi screen... Since the car is in warranty I never bothered to get it inspected (100 point inspection) , I had a look at the CARFAX and looked it.. |
