Another SOS malfunction

Hello to all. So I've done my fair share of research but I can't seem to find a solution for my case. I have an 09 E90 LCI. I got the SOS malfunction the other day and it hasn't gone away. I have I-drive which works, gong works, radio works, cd works. Aux, Bluetooth (phone) and satellite radio are not working (don't care for satellite, so just FYI).

I've tried to reset the radio and nothing. I also tried the SOS button but it doesn't work - don't care for function either, but just FYI.

There isn't a comprehensive post which lists a solution so I'm seeking help. I see that in most cases the radio and gong are out, that's not the case here.

Would appreciate some help.

Bmw doesn't have an SOS service for older cars
still it shouldn't error at least it doesn't on mine.

People that get aftermarket head units code out the error
on the Kombi (instrument module)module.
