Gas Mileage gone down with JB2H?

I installed the JB2H on MOnday and noticed that it seems I went through the rest of my tank of gas (probably 1/3rd of a tank) way too fast compared to normal. When I filled up earlier today in the limited time I drove (10 miles at most) I reset the MPG gauge and in that time period I am currently sitting at 16.8 MPG, granted none of this was highway....Just wanted opinions from other JB2 owners on gas mileage

I've experienced exactly the same thing I will be removing the "H" as soon as I get some warmer weather.

my avg mpg after installing JB2 has gone up about 1-2MPG under normal driving. I only installed it last friday and has filled up once since installation. Another thing i noticed after installing JB2 was that the temp varies now between 220-245 depending on how i'm driving.

I would say that the mpg dropping is a given after installing a JB2 or any variation of it. You're goiong to have more fun with it especially at the beginning.

Even after normal driving though, I saw a 1-2 mpg drop.
It's a trade off though just like anything else.

I wouldn't give up the safety of JB2 running a little rich for 1-2mpg.

Besides, mine has always been around 15-16mpg avg .
