I was in the same situation as you. BMW updated my software and tHe big wait for giac to crack it. Just to let you know I was able to get reflashed a couple days ago. You might wanna call the shop you got flashed at to see what's goin on.

What I know:

The latest SW update does not affect the Procede V3.
I also understood from my very friendly SA, that the update adresses the low pressure fuel sensor. But there are also "rumours" that the HPFP issues could be caused by at least 5 different reasons.
Last point, a friendly tech informed and showed me that there a quite some difference between US and European BMW engines. (I was amazed by the diffences)
The differences are mostly caused by the more strict environment regulations in the US. He stated that this could make a difference of almost 10hp in overall performance for the European cars... mostly fuel part related.

They have a US imported 335 for service and they need to order different parts then for a Eureopean 335 engine.. when he told me this, there was no reason for him to have hidden agenda.. (See also my other posts about my upgrade plans, handled by my BWM dealer... TD Turbo upgrade's etc)

Bottom line BMW US operates different then in Europe...

I noticed the new software makes the car and shifts very slow. No tunes here.

I had my HPFP (third one) replaced last week on my March build E92 coupe. BMW also "reprogrammed" the ECU with their latest software (v37.2). Today GIAC relashed the car but it took over 4 hours (2 hours for a complete DME read, 1-2 hrs for GIAC to write a custom file and about 45 minutes to load the software into my car). The good news is that the flash was custom tuned for my car and the performance is awesome!

Which shop did you go to for your GIAC flash?

Good to hear! You have an MSD80 or MSD81 ECU though? MSD80 ECU's haven't had any problems getting flashed, if you read earlier in the thread.

Good to hear...I also know some other people that have already updated to v.37 and were able to be flashed with the GIAC (stage 1 or 2) tune.

I'm still waiting for mine, though, as apparently BMW's new software messed up the flashing process for GIAC which left me stranded with an almost undriveable car (after being flashed). ECU is on its way back to GIAC to be reflashed...holding my breath!
