How to remove the rear seat side panel on a coupe

Looking to remove the panel next to the rear passenger/right seat - almost like a door jamb but since there is no rear door...

Need to access the fuel pump control unit which is under it.

Car is coupe w/ folding 60/40 rear seats.

Found it last night after I fired up TIS. Once you know how to do it it's easy...

lower seatback, wrap seat belt around head rest
pull hard at the top of the side panel
once the top is loose, rotate panel towards center of the car
(it's a pivot around the lower inner point, and at least for replacing the fuel controller that gives enough room to do the job w/o removing the whole panel)

the panel is not plastic, it's the same material as the upholstery.
