Tire size

Hey guys! I've decided on which wheel, I'm going to get. Just waiting for the vendors to give me a great price before I pull the trigger. lol!

Anyway, my question is this. I'm still undecided on the tire sizes.

I'm planning on getting the General Exclaims UHP with:

- 245/35/19 for the fronts
- 275/30/19 for the rears

Edit: The offsets are going to be ET35 for the fronts and ET33 or ET30 for the rears, depending on which vendor I go with.

The fronts will be 19x8.5 and the rears will be 19x9.5.

I've been reading a lot of posts and it seems that most members have 235/35/19 for the fronts.

My question is, if I were to go with the 245 instead of the 235 up front, will I have any problems when I make a full u-turn? Will my tires rub? Or should I just stick with 235?

Thanks!

That's the tire setup that I am currently running, but I got the Toyo T1Rs.

I am only running the OEM ZSP setup, so mine is not rubbing. Since your ride is dropped, I would think 235/265 combo will be a better choice for you if you want to run on something more aggressive and not looking for fender rolling IMO. So if you are getting 19x9.5 in them rear, 265/30/19 will be just fine.

Oh and so have we decided on them CSLs???

Your question is too vague. For example..what are the width and offset of your wheels?

Sorry, the offset are going to be ET35 for the fronts and ET33 or ET30 for the rears, depending on which vendor I go with.

The fronts will be 19x8.5 and the rears will be 19x9.5.

And I'm planning on rolling the rear, so I think 275 for the rears should be fine for me.

Thanks!

You should be fine with 275s if you roll your fenders. I have 265s on the rear and my rear is 19x9.5 with 25 offset. I had to roll my fenders because I rub when I have 2 passengers in the rear.

Hopefully, I'll get a reply from the vendors today. I'm just itching to make the purchase. lol! I know it's the weekend and they probably don't check their PMs.

Thanks!

Hopefully, I can hear back from members who also have the H&R sports with the Koni yellows or a similar drop to mine.

What about the fronts? Will it be okay to get 245 instead of 235?

Thanks!

The front is 19x8.5 with 35 offset. I'm on 235s..I have no problem making u turns, however I do rub a little when I'm on a sloped pavement and is turning the steering wheel all the way to one side.

Scott, I'm dropped on H&R Sport Springs. My wheels are front 19x8.5 ET35, rear 9.5 ET32) I'm going with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19. My car is dropped... haha, I'm going to rub with 275.
