Have any of the 335 guys run a 545/550?

I drove a 650Ci on Sun. I guess that's even beefier than the hardtop. Though a steptronic, I don't think it could outperform a 335 coupe.

The 650i is heavier than the 550i how could it out perform it ?

Here's couple videos of 335i coupes vs 545i...found it on youtube...

In this first video, they both are having trouble launching together..either one goes first or the other....toward the end looks like they figured it down

this one is better even though at night...

this one the best one so far...looks like 545 for some reason was better than 550 per the comments below the video and almost kept up with 335i

i tangled with a 550i on the highway tonight....straight line, I would start reeling him in and start to overtake, but then he would go banzai into some long sweeper, cutting across 4 lanes of highway. I also had a friend in the car whos over 200lbs.

I wasnt about to go chasing after him, and it started to rain, so I called it quits and got off the next exit. Happened to be lots of traffic building up, and he got off the same exit. I kept trying to get behind him to get a closer look at the badge, but he was driving like a dick (i.e cutting cars off in stop and go traffic to make it that 2 car-lengths ahead), so I flashed him with the highbeams once to get a glimpse....sure enough it was a 550.
