I have a couple clusters that I stripped down and wanted to see if anyone was interested in the parts to mod their own cluster. Prices are shipped in the Cont. US, Paypal preferred. I have complete instructions for the mods.

Backing plates - $80 Shipped

The portion behind the gauge face, which is black on the non-M, silver on the M.

Gauge faces - $70 Shipped
Keep in mind the scaling for non-Ms and the M3 is different.

Working on finding a couple sets of these at the moment.

FYI redline and cruise control marks become almost invisible with standard orange backlight that the regular 3 series have. M3's have white backlight.
I have the same setup but it doesn't really bother me.
