Best way to deal with 3rd party tire/wheel warranty

Since this is my actual first non trying to buy something post, I'll introduce myself!

I had a tree fall on my old Pontiac g8 and got comped from insurance, so, after lots of looking, I picked up an 08 AW/CR 335i, very happy with the purchase and I am very happy with the car.

However, when I bought it I was sold what I thought was BMW tire and wheel coverage, but in actuality it's an EasyCare warranty. On my ride home from Brooklyn where I purchased it, I must of hit something because I had a bubble in my tire when I got home. I brought it to my local BMW dealership thinking it would be replaced under my tire and wheel warranty; however, apparently they won't replace a tire with a giant bubble In it unless it is:

1) losing air from the bubble (or from an alternate source also)

Or

2) had a blowout from the bubble

Even the service manager said he never had a 3rd party warranty decline replacing a bubble. So he suggested to just bring it in in a week and ***accidentally*** run over a screw or nail, and he should be able to get it replaced.

What do you guys think would be my best option to do?

Thanks
