Asking this online is utterly pointless. Prices vary IMMENSELY based on where you're located.

Call other good shops in your area and compare the quote.

Is 780 for a new bumper that is painted and installed for that price? If that's it then seems like a pretty good deal.

I bought one from paint n ship off ebay and replaced it myself for ~250. Perfect fit and paint match for BSM, but did some paint correction with my 7424 to make it look a little nicer.

Really depends on where you are... but I personally think its too expensive. I thought you got the bumper included in that price which would be a fantastic deal. If its not a special bumper you should look into a company who sells them already painted. Install is super easy even for a novice.

In canada is 600 for a bumper paint at a good body shop and that includes installation

You could do it for 500 at a decent shop too

Anything less than 500 is possible but you need references

Although this is canadian dollar so if you paid us dollar i m thinking its too much

$780 US is quite expensive for a paint + install, but if they already did it I don't see how you can refuse payment.

Here in NE using OEM parts with quality paint and R&I that's about right. Bumper is over $500, R&I 3.2 @$45/hr, paint around $200 including labor.

Quality paint is defined as top shelf from a major brand(Sikkens,PPG, Dupont, etc..)

Total labor charge for rear bumper on a RAV4 is 5.9 hrs. Paint and body. Does not include bumper. Total cost including aftermarket bumper is $725.

Bumper paint jobs are like $500-firm in NYC.

I've seen BMW e90 bumpers sell from $75 and up...so when you do the math most of your savings will be on where and what condition bumper you buy.
