Gunmetal chipping on M6 reps. Advice?

I have a set of silver/gunmetal M6 reps. I'm happy with the look/style of the wheels but lately I've noticed the interior gunmetal coating is starting to chip. It's worst on one front wheel than others.

I've considered having them properly blasted and powdercoated. Ideally I'd have wanted to do the inside black and keep the outside silver but the cost of masking them to powdercoat them is cost prohibitive. I think if I want to do it I'd have to go solid color. Of course I've considered black but not completely sold on it. Just seems to make wheel disappear from car. I saw the new sunken treasure color from VMR. That color is interesting, just not sure what it would look like. My photoshop skills aren't great.

Here is pic of car for reference.

Interesting update. Been having a very slow leak from my front drivers side tire. Could not find any punctures anywhere. It was leaking maybe 1psi a day. Had it checked at discountire. The cause of the leak is the clearcoat chipping causing a bad bead seal on the wheel. They cleaned it up a bit and applied some sealant and appears better for now.
So now the chipping is causing me more than just cosmetic problems lol
