Just wanted to let you know that your review is about 90% responsible for my first drive of a 335d sport package. Found an msport this morning at 9am, EST. Drove it home at 5pm EST. (i had to take a half day to do it, and that half day wasn't the morning!)

Thanks for the review, and i've been reading your others on the chip. Thinking about getting it. What kind of fuel econ are you getting currently with the chip?

Thanks!

I'm glad this review has been helpful to people making a decision about getting a d. There really is no way to accurately describe the feeling you get from this car, you just have to go drive it.

I have not stopped smiling since I took delivery back in March of 2010. I absolutely love driving this thing every chance I get. To put it in perspective I am not even at a year of ownership yet and I am about to break 24,000miles. (So much for my warranty LOL).

The amount of torque you get paired with the level of efficiency the car returns really is hard to beat. On my trip from Alabama to find a house in Texas my first stop for fuel was at 601 miles = 40.85mpg! (This included being stuck in a stop and go traffic jam for almost an hour.)

Now if BMW would hurry up with the rest of the Diesel lineup they are supposedly brining to the U.S. I would have another order to place.
