Another one bites the dust...
The long crank ghouls have struck me on Halloween. Just made an appointment for the HPFP and software recall. This will be my first HPFP replacement on my 2007 335i with approx. 41000 miles. Unfortunately, no injector recall for me, though. I think I have too early of a build 7/2006.

I'll see if I can get a part number. Anyone know what part # I should expect? Any issues with the latest reflash? I believe I have the original firmware.

Wow my 07/2006 got its second or third HPFP at 16k miles haha. What's the last digits of your VIN? I wonder how close our cars are... assuming the serials are linear.

I took my procede out this morning for the dealer visit and the long starts went away. They were pretty inconsistent, so I'm not sure if it was related or not. Getting the new pump and software on Thursday, regardless.
Any issues with the latest software?

I know there was some issues with long cranks on one version of the firmware recently (last 6 months or so) that was resolved. May have been effected by the colder weather recently.
