I think MB needs to talk to their customers in a more respectful manner. You guys always get complains and sometimes argue with your customers. Yea..sometimes customers are at fault and you get supports from other ppl, but this is not the way to run a business.

A member here bought a set of csl reps from you and ask you to send the centercaps to me which he already paid for...i never got them and i pm you several times. I really dont give a dawm about the centercaps..is just that you never responded to my pms.......stop giving people this "you didnt buy from us" attitude

If **********s has such bad customer service. Why do I always see people buying their merchandise? I wouldn't buy from them, reading the reviews here.

You dont need to worry about the few negative reviews here. I've placed plenty of orders with MB and will continue to do so. I've sent everyone I know that's shopping for performance parts, mods anything to them and they've all had excellent transactions. We live in a world of business and sometimes shit happens.

Thank you for the orders you have placed and all of the referrals you've sent to us, I greatly appreciate it! In fact most of our business comes from referrals from past customers who have enjoyed their transaction with us. That says a lot to me.

On a side note... why is this thread still going when everything has been resolved? People keep reading the first page only and not reading the whole thing and then jump to conclusions.

i was gonna order some stuff but then my friend told me they have horrible customer service...i don't know if it changed but he was really unhappy

right now i am working with them on my wheel issue they have been great and hopefully we can get it worked out. again i know they are the middle man on the problem but they have done everything and have responded ASAP to my emails EVERY TIME!!!!!

About 1 week from purchase date I got this in my e-mail:

GREAT!!!!

They were something small, bumperplugs, but STILL. If you advertise the product on the website, then the customer would assume you have it. They did not have the product, so decided to send me a e-mail 1 week later to tell me. What if I really needed this product for legal reasons?, then i would've been screwed even more.

I disagree. Mistakes happen, but prompt customer service and communication are essential. Unfortunately, I find MB communication less than satisfactory.

I did receive one product in a timely manner, but I will be more hesistant to buy again due to their lack of consistently prompt replies.

Waiting on our supplier to confirm the cancellation (to make sure they did not ship it) and then we will issue the refund to you right away.
