Awesome job!

What exactly is involved to do this conversion? Is it simply swapping the front/rear bumpers?

Well the rear is still pre-lci it just has a mtech bumper. For the front you will need a hood, the bumper and all the hardware. The full kit I ordered came with everything except the hood.

So if I wanted to swap for a mtec rear bumper it will be a direct fitment?

Yes I believe it is but also not sure if any extra hardware came with the kit
