The dealer can lock it in for 60 days.

The previous posts are correct. As long as you order the car before the promotion runs out, you lock it in. If it gets better before your car arrives, the dealers will normally give you the better program/promotion.

I realize you can lock in the finance rate, but what I was wondering about is the cash incentive ($1500 for 328i) the manufactor is giving to the customer that expires on 1/4/2010.
