Pure Stage 1 just $895
I see that the Stage 1 for N55 is $895 and the core is $775. Does this mean when I send my stock turbo, will get the refund of $775.
Does this mean the Stage 1 will cost me just $120 !!! |

1. Send your turbo first in for a pure turbo and you pay no core charge. 2. You buy pure turbo first and as security they charge you $775 so it makes you send in your turbo once you install pure. |

The part I find strange is that pure charges sales tax even for out of state residents which I don't think is even legal. If they are charging a 8% tax which is what I assume is their local tax and ship the turbo to a location with say a say 6% rate. Technically the receiving state/county/city should be getting that 6%(which i doubt they do will forward to them) and where does the other 2% go. Also since its technically the customers responsibility to pay sales tax for out of state purchases, for example you live in NJ and drive to DE to buy a television technically your responsible to file it and pay the sales tax on the television, so its possible you will be responsible 895(turbo) + 775(core) + 133.60(tax) = 1803.60 x 6% = 108.22 as additional taxes
Unless they have a nexus in your state then all that changes I'm not a tax pro, I'm basing it off conversations I had with a friend of mine who is an accountant/tax attorney years back when discussing the amazon tax law Also find it interesting that they have $895 on their website but all the vendor websites are $995 from what I've seen when I looked at pricing |

I'm sure they'd make it right, from what I've been told its a great group of guys over there. Im really tempted but I dont want to mess with fueling and from my research without a fuel upgrade or meth the benefit is not that drastic when going to a stage 1

It's very drastic above 5k RPM's.... But after moving to a stage 2 turbo I would never go with a stage 1.
