wheel offset???

Well my wheels finally came in from Savini ... they were a week delayed but there finally here . My question is about the offset though ... they had mentioned they would probably go with an "M3" offset, but later they said they wouldn't fit and said they would get as close to "flush" with the wheel wells as possible. Well now that the wheels are here the rear wheel is 20x10 et34. I am lowering the car with H&R race springs ... but could the offset still been a bit lower ... closer to 30mm without rolling the renders. And I did do a search but didn't find anything .... are there any pictures that would show what its going to look like with this offset??? Thanks

Wow, that is a fairly aggressive set up you have there. What tire sizes are you running? For most cars, you'd be rubbing with such a set up as yours.

If anything, you'd have to run a 29mm offset, if you do decide to use spacers to push it out.

I would recommend H&R, we have it up on our site, and that is what I use personally on my cars.

isn't a 29mm offset more aggressive than a 34mm offset?

What are you trying to do?

If you are trying to get the wheel closer to the fender, then you want a lower offset.

ET 34 sound good with the H&R Race spring. Never go beyond that with H&R Race springs. I have a 20x10 at the back and the offset is ard ET 30 with H&R Sport springs and i rub abit in uneven road. They advise that my tyres are too wide which is 285 Toyo TR1. I dunno if the tyres too wide or the offset is too aggressive. So if u said offset 30 with H&R Race springs is a NO No NO for me !

Well wheels are on now ... and the car looks awesome. The wheels fit perfect with the exception of the rear tires, they are rubbing a little, but nothing that rolling the fenders wont fix. I'll post pictures tomorrow after I get the fenders rolled. Anyone know any good shops in the riverside/orange county area that rolls fenders on a regular basis???
