That's horrible, If I were you, I would personally contact the owner of the dealership and tell him what happened. I would be surprised if it wasn't dealt with quickly, if not, I would find out if there is any legal action that could be taken, file a comlaint with the DA or something. And I would never buy a car from anyone who lied to me!!!

The BBB will not do much for you since you didn't buy it. I'd go to one of the local TV news stations that do comsumer investigations. They love stuff like that.

Do NOT buy that car!
Go to the owner, bitcha nd try to get a new one as a good deal (close to invoice). If they don't want to deal -- report it everywhere you can! |
