How much tread left for lease return?

Hey guys the end of my 2010 335i lease is coming up and I was wondering how much tread should be left at the bare minimum on my tires so I can turn it back in without being charged up the a$$ from the dealer?

I found a pair for the back 2 tires for $120 with 60% tread left, you think that should be fine if I put em on right before I turn in my car?

Thanks

Better make sure they're the exact OEM tires that came with the car, or they'll charge ya!

Ya this is my first BMW I've leased and man they are so damn picky next time I'm getting the tire protection package cuz our run-flats seriously suck and dont last long at all.

Thats a good deal! I actually need 18" run flats since I have the M-sport package so if anyone has a pair of OEM rears please let me know thanks!
