Hamann HM2 fit on E92?

Greetings,

I have a 2007 coupe rear wheel drive E92. I found some Hamann HM2 for sale with the below specs. Would either both the rims and tires fit on my car or just even the rims?

Front - 18x8.5 (245x40x18)
Rear - 18x9.5 (265 x ? x 18)

thanks for your help!

I will need to know the offset of the wheels. Also keep in mind that if they came off of a e39 5-series Bmw, they will be running a 74.1mm center bore which is not compatible with the e92's 72.56mm center bore without a hub adapter.
