Info on Foam Guns...

Hey everyone...
Recently received my 2010 328i and I'm already petrified of washing incorrectly... I am reading so many different techniques, but I saw the foam gun. Can someone provide me with info... do you use the foam gun and rinse, and that's it?

What exactly is the process? Also, is there a video that shows the full process when cleaning a car???

Thanks!!!

this is what i normally do...

use a water softener system
clean wheels/tires first
pressure wash rinse down the car, top down
dual bucket wash system with grit guards
foam the car down with either a Gilmour Foamaster (use with garden hose) or Camspray (use with pressure washer)
wash 2x2 area, top down with bumpers and bottom half of the doors and side skirts last
rinse down the car with garden hose (low pressure)
dry with drying waffle mf, glass first, top down, bumpers and bottom half of the doors and side skirts last...

What cleaning solution do you put in the foam gun? Just a regular car wash soap???
