NOOB offset question

im looking to buy rims but i am SUPER CONFUSED when it comes to the offset, i've researched and read about it, so i kinda only understand briefly what the offset means but still don't really understand it all. anyways i have a e92 335i, the rims i want have the option of 19x8.5 et15 or et35 for the front and for the rear 19x8.5 et15 or 35 and 19x10 et25 or 32. i am looking for a staggered look also the rims am looking at have a fat lip so i want the rear to have that deep dish look. so if i go with 19x8.5 et35 in the front and 19x10 et32 i would achieve the look i want? and for tires i could go with 235/35/19 and 265/30/19? i hope what i am writing is understandable HAHA. please excuse my noob questions as i am still trying to understand everything.

You seem to understand it perfectly

Go with the 19x8.5" ET 35mm and 19x10" ET 32. Those tires tires also look good. The ET32 for the 10" might be a bit too aggressive and might require fender roll.
