Koni sports and H&R sport springs going in tomorrow. What should I set them at?

Finally getting my koni/h&r setup installed tomorrow.

Curious what settings people are using with this setup? 50%? Full stiff?

Its my DD. I want a good balance.

I can't comment on stiffness settings, just that H&R sports still leave conspicuous rake, which many people have come back and commented unfavorably on.
