Just ordered mine! I’m curious Shiv, are you going to do any maps that will have the limiter delete feature? For dynoing the car of course.

I know things sell like hotcakes but that's got to be a multi merchant counter or Shiv would be king of the world.

OMG here we go again with order numbers and figuring out where you are in line. I was hoping that ended with V2!!!!

Would be nice if Shiv or Dustin posted some statement about how many PnPs they stockpiled (if any) before the ordering went live. Just like V2, you're gonna get it when you get it...trying to figure out where you are in line for shipping is pointless...

The new PnP harness is a good thing. After getting it everybody is perfectly equipped for future changes. I'm curious to see the V3's in the field.

Locate two black wires on PnP harness. Put a 2.2k Ohm resistor in the middle of each wire. Then tie in a 10k ohm resistor each of the wires sections. Bring other side of resistors to ground (the PROcede's ground wire is fine.)

Cost: $2
Time: 5 to 15 minutes depending on wiring skillz. Yes, with a "z".

Instant o2 simulator. Whooo hooo. For off-road use only of course.

Cheers,
Shiv

shiv,

for the mentally challenged who aren't real familiar with wiring/electronics...will you eventually post more detailed instructions with pics...por favor?

thanks

damn 375 what the hell? There should be a added discount for those of you who ordered the V2 upgrade, now all those BS wires are useless and now you have to pay a staggering 375 for the upgrade, where Shiv mentioned that he would have wire upgrade for 50 or so dollars!!!!! 1365 with original Procede+ 150 plus shipping and now he wants another 375 for PnP! I think there should be a better discount for those of us who have purchased the now useless upgrade......The sad part of all this is that I am going to upgrade to it, but I think making such a astronomical profit from his supporters is absolutely bad business!! Hey if your in the right market at the right time, all of us suckers will pay whatever he wants for this V3 upgrade...He could have made the price 500 hundred and the sad part is that all of us salivating for this upgrade because of all the beta people saying how great it is...great marketing skills thats for sure!!!

I hear ya. He is giving PROcede customers a $100 discount if you bought directly and it includes a map switcher. Also, if you look at the poll, most prefer the PnP over the wire pack. That, coupled with a customer support nightmare sorting out mis-wires by the customer makes the PnP a no brainer all around. I'm sure the connectors aren't cheap either. It is however, a large chunk of change and since we're on the verge of a new flash option, one needs to compare his/her choices carefully.

I still can't see why we're not given the option though. If you need a PnP, buy one. If a wire kit suits you better, you should still be given a chioce. This pole was also taken by alot of people who messed up their own installs. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes.

Theres someone selling their V3 harness in the private sale section. GL

Seriously though, it will be a nightmare of a spider's nest in your ECU box.

It is already. It's not like I ever have people hanging out in there. I have only purchased anything Procede related directly from Vishnu. Just in case I ever need support of some kind. But thanks anyway.

Wonder how long before the other tuners follow Shiv's lead again and reverse engineer his PnP harness and do it to theirs too.?

For those of you buying the PnP harness, look at it this way.
For the $375, the time it will save you removing and reinstalling it each time you need to do that (for service or whatever) AND the much less likely chance of messing anything up or tearing a wire are worth the $375 alone. The upgrade from v2 to v3 is just a bonus on top of it.

I dont believe there is a whole lot of reverse engineering to do. All you need is the subconnectors sourced from tyco, and lots of female and male pins which all tuners already have. The majority of the wires are straight run-throughs and 10-14 go to the PROcede/JB/etc.. and go back to the ECU....

Yeah, I know.
By reverse engineer I pretty much meant "follow suit".

Thanks

Did all of you get a sales email from Vishnu right away? I ordered last night and the only confirmation is from Paypal.

Weird I didn't get any confirmation from Vishnu. I only got a Paypal confirmation, but I did order around midnight. Anyone else order during non-business hours and get a confirmation from Vishnu right away?
