Also, with the DTC button hit once, I have yet to see the traction control light come on; second gear grips really well
I'm so jealous right now haha...she gets even more beautiful as the days go on!

Nice job bro!

He changed his name to Ivo

But did you really like him? Hardly anyone here did, but they all listen to what guys like Jon at Bimmersport says. Jon was at RMP recently, he likes it so much there

Trevor is now the senior technician at Master Mechanic in Richmond Hill, 10605 Yonge St. He lost the lease on the Newkirk unit and decided to partner up with the owner at Master Mechanic. His blackberry's still beep non stop all day (he has 3!) but now he has a beautiful 5 bay shop to operate out of. All of his clients have followed him over there.

And he has lots of clients. Many emailed, PM'd or called me to ask where he was.

Thank you for this post. Trevor was awesome every time I dealt with him over the last couple of years. I will be paying him a visit at his new location very soon!

+ 1 for Ivo and Ralph (I think thats his name).
I just did a full transmission service and I have no complaints. One of the few shops open in the evening, lowest rates and they know what they are doing!

Ivo:
-Did the intake valve cleaning for my 335i last week, dropped car off 9 in the morning, car was ready by 5. Excellent work! Definitely can feel a difference in the throttle response of the car.

He also did a complete walk around my car to see if there was anything else needing to be fixed, since my car just passed 100k not long ago. Made suggestions to change my spark plugs my next oil change, but was not pushy whatsoever or try to upsell any unnecessary things!

Trevor Hayes
-I've had Trevor do install for some parts for me in the past when he still ran his old shop (Advanced Knowledge Automotive). Very easy to deal with, was quick with installations/explaining things and was very fair in pricing. Would not hesitate to visit him at his new place if in the area

Both are equally qualified, honest and genuinely interested in helping you for a good price.

Went by Columbus auto today and met Ivo. He's a real cool guy, got him to just check out my car and make sure everything is normal before my warranty expires next month. I Will be going back to him when im ready to put some more work into my car for sure. Also seen a nice white 335i with a rmp sticker on it, I believe he said it was "dzenno's"car. Super clean ride bro, looks awesome!

Ivo is the man!!

Dzenno's car should be the black E90, unless he bought the white one.

Dzenno's car is in pieces lol...I doubt it's the white E90. I think that belongs to another member.

Or maybe he bought another to DD lol

The white e90 is someone else named Andy, I believe (nice looking car!). Dzenno was doing a meth install on it last weekend when I went in. The meth kit was very stealth.

Did the white e90 have custom painted brembo calipers?

Yeah I was gonna say the white e90 most likely is Andy's.

PS: Rem I was tripping out kinda about my exhaust sounding "different" after the dp swap - I had a pretty big leak at the mids that's why it sounded so messed haha.

RMP or Ivo?

i went to RMP for oil, spark plugs, filters and oil flush. good price.

I will go going back to RMP for intercooler soon and the price at RMP was pretty good. He did tell me not to upgrade oil cooler unless I was tracking and to save my $$$.

I like Rocco but he doesnt' really do intake cleaning and his price was higher for intake cleaning. He actually didnt' recommend it for a DD.

had my valves blasted by ivo just last week. I honestly cant express how good this guy is. I had a lot of my mods done from the top bmw techs in the gta that are all well known but none of them are as cool as ivo.

i installed my charge pipe about a month ago and broke the stupid nipple. i brought in a barb brass fitting and sum epoxy plastic weld and ivo did the job for me (anyone have questions about the exact size fitment of the brass barb fitting pm me)
Hands down best bmw tech ive met.

hes not just a bmw tech hes a guy with great experience with the n54 motor

Maybe I should mention this now so people know it can be done without extra hassle...

Went to Ivo to put car back to stock and to do new OEM clutch because I'm selling my car.

Wasn't really sure who was going to machine the DMFW because of the horror stories I heard - so I wanted it done right. After speaking to Dzenno for a while I found out he did his at Mr. Transmission. Unknowingly, there is one just south of Ivo's place and there is another guy Ivo now uses.

For anyone looking to do clutch and doesn't wanna pay $600-$1000 for OEM DMFW - go to Ivo an get her done. Machining was $150, clutch kit from BMW with bolts was $450ish + and then Ivo's work.

Ill post up a pic later, but car runs great, awesome instant engagement- drives like new. Almost sorry I have to sell it lol.

Edit: since I didn't install my Spec Stage 2+ it's for sale. $750 BNIB complete clutch kit.
