What's up guys, just moved to Vegas! Where can I find a car wash that's lowered friendly?
I usually wash my own car but that's not allowed at my new apartment.

I guess north west? Between North Las Vegas and Summerlin where the 95 curves.

I got a few things in the mail from BMW today...
One of which was this letter about BMW partnering with the United States Olympic Committee and how my "high-performance companion began life many years ago as the vision of an enthusiastic BMW engineer or designer." But then, inside, they also enclosed a special litho rendering of my vehicle. It is inside a matted folder and everything - with an embossed logo on the cover. And, here is what the rendering looks like inside: Granted, I already have several renderings that I downloaded online. But, this is kinda special - being that it is an actual rendering from BMW. I don't know if they are sending these out to everyone, or just for particular BMW models or what. I just thought it was kinda Anyone else??? |

I'm having a warning code on my E90 and am wondering if anyone has the software to run the codes or a shop that will do it without overcharging to plug my car in for 10 mins.
Thanks, Ryan |

Beware Desert BMW: Poor customer service from the service department today. Called to ask if I could bring the car and have the 'service required' reminder reset (they performed the routine maintenance a month ago and failed to reset the reminder). Was told to come in and the reset would take about ten minutes. Was greeted at the service entrance by the greeter; she informed a service advisor I was waiting and suggested I wait in the customer lounge. After waiting 40 minutes without seeing the service advisor I asked the greeter to pull my car out so I could leave. I asked to speak to the service manager but he was also out of his office and after waiting another five minutes I expressed my disappointment with the 'deputy' service manager and left.
Discovered in another thread that I can reset the reminder myself. Once my warranty expires, Desert BMW will never get another dime from me; Southwest Bimmers will get all my business...

Took mine in to get regular service oil change and NAV update. Got car back with scratches all over the roof in the clearcoat above the driver's door. Clearly from someone in service putting their elbow/arm on the roof as they were getting in and out of the car. It's either from buttons or a watch or tools they had in their hand.

Yeah I run cobb OTS E30 currently. I need the dp fix to get past emissions, I just realized yesterday that my registration expires at the end of the month. Unless someone knows of a friendly inspection station

I usually go to SW Bimmers. I think they charged around 300 - 350 to do my dp install. So far I have been very happy with their service and prices.

Nice! I give them a call. I've been kinda hesitant to get some installed since I am still under warranty. Hopefully it doesn't come back to bite me in the ass!

Ah no worries man, but thanks for the heads up. What kind of coils did you install? I want to get a set but the wifey is worried about a shitty ride. I'm looking at getting KW Street Comforts.
