I'll be there too guys.

Just to check - I read the website but I'm not sure I understand correctly: you pay your £15 on the day and can access everything and see all the cars, right?
There's a bit about: "This pass is pre-pay only and the only pass that allows you into the Show and Shine on the day, you cannot pay and enter on the day." That's to enter your car, but you can still go and view the cars without this, right?

That's right , you will park in spectators car park and walk to the show area (10-20meters max)

I have fingers and toes crossed.
I was hoping to receive a message about delivery by now or something in regards to customs. Lets hope it all works out!

Dont worry about the instructions on their site. Just turn up on the day and pay at the door mate. Will be a great day out as the venue is a pretty kl location!

I will look forward to seeing all the photos.

Was good to put a few faces to names/cars today. (Josh and Shaun)
Sorry about the coding Shaun, never come across that problem before. Seeing the jb4 sweep in your car along with ODB port being disabled has made me want one even more and I want your extended leather even though it won't fit my car!

And Josh, your car was just show stealer, I'm sold on your LED angel eyes once I can work around the Mrs and you have made me want to save up for an air ride.

Not bad fuel economy for a twin turbo! 429 miles - Manchester to Players and back on a full tank with 47 miles to spare.
The queue on the way in killed my average speed.

What great meeting you today mate!

Let me know when ever you are ready. But stay tuned as you'll be able to see the performance of the new rings very shortly!

Thank you for the kind words!
Once the BBK and few anal touches are done, then ill be very happy!

I was def not 100% today, but it was such a gd day, it completely made up for the fact it wasn't completed for the time being.

That MPG and miles to a full tank is awesome!
Did you just sit at 70mph on the motorway and take it easy?

My computer once said i could have achieved about 550miles just sitting at 70 on cruise control. I was impressed with that.

Looks like a good meet, I spent most of a sunny Sunday at work (again)

But you must try harder with the economy driving....I've yet to hit 40mpg in the 335i, but I think it's doable.

Looking forward to seeing the new rings in on a car, they look like the closest possible thing to LCI rings. I'm guessing they are brighter aswell.

Your plans for engine mods sound awesome aswell, forget the old 'speed or stance'
Get air and do both

I sat at 70mph in cruise control all the way apart from when I hit traffic/average speed cameras and the queue for the show. At one point my miles to empty + miles from full was over 520 miles. Who'd have thought a 335i would be a fairly economical long distance cruiser.

I wasn't trying to economy drive, that's why I was so pleased. I reckon with the right traffic conditions etc. a 335i could easily hit 40mpg on a long run. Maybe even more, got a run to Scotland in October, I will give an Eco run a try. That will please the Mrs aswell, she doesn't appreciate the speed. (Although she liked it that one time I let her drive it)
