Too bad we don't do the same here...

It was an '06 Mustang GT. BMW didn't have any E90 in '06 that could have touched it. Just sayin'

Keep in mind the Mustang GT is the V8, which is roughly the equivalent of the M3 in the 3 series line up..

To compare:
2006 E46 M3: 333 hp from a 3.2 I6 NA motor
2006 Mustang GT: 300 hp from a 4.6 V8 motor

I think V8 to V8, 6 cyl to 6 cyl, the BMW 3 series would always own the Mustang.

The new 5.0 Mustang GT, however, is so closely benchmarked around the E92 M3, right down to power output, 0-60, 60-0, 1/4 mile etc. etc., you'd be surprised how similar they look on paper. But the M3 still comes out on top thanks to better dynamics..

Well, the E46 M3 wasn't an E90. Second, at a price point, the Mustang comes out on top. Take out $15K of the E90 price and see how the two compare.

I have schooled many mustangs on RB's (6-7 cars sometimes) and they all have some excuse though, (plugs are bad, running hot, tuner not working) lol!

With an Intake/Tune you can make stick to a stock 335, probably beat it too. STOCK is key.

Once they start to mod however, you better have deep pockets

Soon as youtube is working again ill show you my video
