Hi All -

I have a 2008 335xi Sedan e90.

I just bought a set of 162 OEM wheels (225/40/18 et 34 and 255/35/18 et 37), which I have not installed yet, and I will be ordering the Eibach Springs for a 335i (running OEM shocks).

I wanted to know what size spacers I should look into getting. I often have a full car with 4-5 people, and with the springs on I don't want to risk rubbing by getting too aggressive of a spacer. I am looking for a closer to flush look but I am ok if they are not 100% flush to avoid the chance of rubbing.

Please let me know if you have this same setup and what kind of spacers you have and pictures would be great too.

The dimensions that you listed above are stock offset and tire sizes. Therefore you do not need spacers unless you want to. Keep in mind that with lowering springs, your tires may end up rubbing the outer part of the fender with spacers, especially with a full load.

My car is E90 335xi (Koni Yellow/Eibach Pro) with 193M wheels same offset and tire sizes as your described above. The last picture is after about 1 month after the install.

I run the exact same wheel/tire sizes with 15mm front and 20mm rear spacers.

My 2007 335xi is lowered about 1.5" on H&R coil overs. No rubbing with 4 people.

Do you have a photo? I was consider 10 mm all around. Just don't want to risk rubbing. Do you have a e90 or e92?

It's an e90 pre-LCI, sorry for no close up pic. I would go take one but this is my winter setup.

20mm should be fine on the rear of a pre-LCI, LCI probably not.

If your conservative, lots of people run f15/r15mm or f12.5/r15mm.

Just curious, has anybody tried picking up a spare pair of rear 8.5" 162s and running them on the front for a square setup instead of front spacers? I thought about that or two whole sets and run the skinny ones with snow tires and the wide ones with summer tires and spacers on the rear only to make it all look right.

Want to do it but haven't done it. I'm running 15MM up front and 18MM in back on the 162's. I think i can with 18's up front and 20's in back.

I would say 12f and 15r is a safe setup. I run the same tire width but on 19's. No rubbing at all.

I've seen a few customers us the 12 front and 15 rear with our spacers with great success on most OEM wheel setups

Ive got 10 & 15's lying around, just need to clean up these studs and throw everything on
