Any of you guys try the "new" Alpina flash? It's supposed to have a better D mode (higher shift points) and keep the improved S and M modes. It's ID is 7603537.

There is good discussion about it on N54tech in the last few pages of this thread.

I'm still getting errors. I'm running windows 7 and '11 335i using the $100 cable in OP. after choosing GKE215 I get this after two tries. The first try is what happens on the previous page. Any ideas?

Trying to fix the paddles not working in NCS expert and after I press F3 I get this

Am I missing a file?

Edit: fixed by updating the ECU folder in ediabas

I have flashed the alpina b3 transmission software on my M57 BMW e90
But it is not for M57 motor, it does not work good

Can i back to stock?

I have not write my stock ZB number, does anyone have it for the M57 BMW e90?

Will it work on a 123d? Alpina uses same engine and trans in their alpina d3 biturbo(214hp).
I have the alpina b3s as well, but do you think they used same software for the trans in the d3 as in the b3/b3s/b3 gt3? If not, how can I find the correct zUSB from the alpina d3?

THis will not work for your application..
Sorry to say but I found the right zUSB a for the D3 biturbo trans flash

I will make a thread because some of the never SW numbers are anti tuning protected, you cannot read the file (in case of chiptuning). So I will make a new thread for people who want to do this
