When he was attorney general he would do ANYTHING to get a news conference and get his name in the paper and get on TV, yelling and screaming about "unethical business practices"

People in office are NOT above the law, even tho they might think they are.

He's trying to work out a plea bargain for leniency and IMHO, this should have nothing to do about his resigning. They have him dead to rights and if he gets off with just a slap on the wrist, THAT will be a great injustice. At the very least, he should forfeit his licenses to practice law....
