i have updated the latest beta firmware 1773 today (from beta 1718), but same thing happened again....3% then failed...after an hour, i decided to give it a try again, then it was successful downloading the ecu data but failed again during the "flashing", so i had to go into recovery mode and get it done. So now it's installed. Will i be unable to "UNINSTALL" it?

Only way to find out is try. I know there were multiple people that were unable to uninstall it.

I t will fail again. I would just wait until there is a solution. when you try to uninstall it it will error again and make your car unable to start until you get it out of recovery mode again.

+1, im overdue for service but all i can do is to wait til a solution so i can uninstall it and bring my car in... hope we can hear news in a few days =)

My pleasure on the shirts guys, it's definitely the least I could do! Thanks for your continued support. Hoping to have some news soon for you guys, Rob is off to the Dallas area tomorrow to do on-site testing with a problematic vehicle

Also, just wanted to make sure it was clear -- if you've been having install issues, do not worry about the 30 day time period for the satisfaction guarantee elapsing without giving you much opportunity to decide. We'll extend it for as long as reasonably necessary. I guess I would think of that 30 days as starting from whenever you've been able to install and use a fully functional product
