Spoiler Question???

So I bought my E92 couple months ago and it had this spoiler. Im not diggin it whatsoever and definitely would like to remove it. Does anyone know whether this is stock or aftermarket? Screwed on Vs. possibly glued on? Thanks for the help in advance!

That aftermarket spoiler is attached my 3M double sided tape. If you want to take it off, get a piece of fishing string, about 12" and tie each end to a piece of wood...almost like a garrote. Run the fishing line between the spoiler and trunk. Once the spoiler is off, clean up the excess adhesive with goof off. When the adhesive is off, compound and wax.
