LSD and Donuts
For those who have LSDs, are you able to do skidpad exercises, donuts and figure 8s?
Just checking, cos I have a real hard time doing those, it's as if the traction/ESP is never completely off even if you turn all off. Other drivers watching me mentioned they heard the brakes pumping, so do I, but not sure whether that is a figment of imagination. Anybody?

The car has a two stage dsc, are you seeing dsc on your dash or the triangle with the exclamation mark?
If you see dsc, keep holding the button until the triangle appears. My $.02 |

Here's a thread with the fuse panel diagram - try pulling the ABS/DSC fuses and see what happens. See if it helps your computer-intervention problems.
Worst case, you put them back. Haha oops I forgot to cut/paste the thread with the fuse diagram. Thanks BFLY. Last edited by DallasBoosted; 07-10-2012 at 10:37 PM.. |

Thought it might have been that simple. Too bad it's not!
This thread has fuse diagrams which should help. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=576588 |

How are you sure they are completely off? Are you able to do nice donuts or figure 8s?

yessir Maybe your not revving it high enough. When i had my lsd installed the 1st thing i did was print an enormous number eleven in the road. I'm assuming your dash says DSC OFF. One other way I know mine can turn off completly is that I had it dynoed. You cant dyno a car with any traction or dsc on.
