interesting, i was thinking about buying ss headers for my n52 as well but have put it aside until i found a definitive answer regaring o2 sensors as well. btw, your headers will need an adapter to mate up with the stock cats, correct? also do you mind PM'ng me best price you got on them, and who you purchased from?

Why wouldn't you delete the cats when putting headers on? I thought that was where the most HP to be had was...

on my setup, the headers mate up to the cats and SS sells replacements for both here

Headers
022 981 301

Metallic Cat System
022 981 302

I believe these are the secondary cats... and same goes for the e90.

A little off topic, but I wanted to ask, has anyone deleted their primary cats? Can you guide me to a thread where they have? I did search but I couldn't find anything. Thanks.

I need to find out NC laws regarding Cat-delete. If its OK, then I am very interested in doing this. How is the sound? I dont want much more sound as the intake and exhaust are plenty loud... I feel like headers would cause the sound to be much more aggressive.

The primary cats are located in the OEM exhaust manifold, which is replaced with Headers. If your headers are Catless, then so is your car.

In short, Yes.
