FS: Poplar wood Handbrake
Sold! (after 4+ months). Thanks. Hey all you houston folks, I have this like new condition poplar wood handbrake for sale. I purchased it back in 2005 and paid $140 for it. I am asking $100 for it today. I had it on my car for a week I think. I did not like the way it looks against the black leather. Here is an oppoturnity for someone to get it at a lower price. I think it would look nice in a car with poplar wood and light leather color. I only want local coz i dont want to mess with mailing and shipping hassle. If you are not local but has a friend or relative locally that can pick it up from me, that will work as well. The poplar handbrake has NO scratches on the wood. Not even a single micro scratch on the wood is visible and local buyer will be able to vouch for that once they see it. I take care of my item. Thanks for looking.

Glad you have a sense of humer and realized my comment was just a joke.
I've been considering a poplar handbrake handle, myself. I already have a wood shift knob, but I can't decide if I'll like the way the brake handle would look. |

Yeah, hard to tell if you will like it or not especially if it looks like what you described earlier . I did not feel it when I had it installed on my car and so I took it right off.

I've been going back and forth for a few weeks now about the wood e-brake handle ever since I got the wood shift knob.
That's a good asking price and I have to say it's tempting. I'm sure you'll get it sold soon. |

Update: I got a buyer for this item. I will update this thread on the status of the sale process. I will keep my buyer anonomous since it is only respectful. I just did not want to use PM all the time to communicate because the PM features has limitation. I am sure my buyer will see this post.
My goal is to provide the item as promised and hopefully get another good rating on my itrader

Status for my buyer: Last night, got the item boxed up and labeled for mailing. The box is about 6.7 oz (that is light). It is a 6x6x3.5 inches box. I added some foam padding to keep the item from moving around in the box and for some additional protection as well. I also included the original box with the part number for reference. Will ship it out tonight (I think it will be around $5 for certified mail). I will PM buyer tracking info (if there is such a thing for certifified mail via USPS). Enjoy the photos.
