Major Props to COBB Tuning

Good customer service is hard to find these days and I am more than happy to say that COBB is awesome! My AP 2 stopped working via OBD cable but powered up via usb...hmmm. I called COBB and explained the situation and that I was in the middle of changing a MAP when it stopped working and that I needed to fix it ASAP without spending a whole lot of $$. They suggested I send it in to be looked and laid out my repair options. repair the cable, repair the AP or trade it in for the AP 3 and get a great discount. As much as I wanted to just do the upgrade my wallet was telling me to me to be smart and see what the repair(s) will cost. Well I just got an email from COBB telling me that they could not diagnose the issue....so they just replaced it for free! No B.S. about being out of warranty or charging my credit card, or telling me all hope is lost and my only option is to upgrade. Nope....all taken care of.

Thank you to the team at COBB. You rock!

Yes, they have super great service, TJ and Michael are totally awesome, very communicative about what's going on and they always ask if you have any problems to not to hesitate so they can jump on it.

Lol, +1. Cobb is great for sure, but 9X the price of an equal/arguably better alternative in the MHD. MHD is the future of flash tuning.
