Ever sell your car, then follow where it goes?

No longer a BMW owner but I do miss the forum

I sold my 335 coupe (09) in 2014 and have been following it ever since by doing a simple google search with the vin.

So far this it the break down:

Original owner had the car (2009-2013) NJ Owner
For sale in NJ April 2013

I (the second owner) had the car April 2013 - February 2014 NJ Owner
For sale Feb 2014

3rd owner purchased the car in June 2014 until Jane 2015 NJ Owner

Since then the car has been floating around from a few dealers, to an auction and now in Long island. Looked a lot better when I had it
http://www.liautofind.com/web/used/B...York/27243492/

Wish I had the money to buy it back, anyone else feel a certain type of way about a car they sold?

Do you follow your ex-girlfriends to see who they're with as well?

I have been trying to find out who has my old e90 335xi in Monaco blue. I want to tell them that I didn't get a chance to remove the jb4 and that it's still in there, I just set it on map 0

I left the 3IM and AA tune on my 325xi when I traded it in, and I know the dealer was sending it to auction. Someone got a Japanrot 330xi for the price of a 325! No premium package, but it did have sport and cold, so it probably wasn't all that expensive at the auction, either.

I haven't sold any of the vehicles I have purchased yet... i'll let you know once I sell a vehicle. But I'm guessing no, because I can't seem to care to look up or remember my VIN's anyways.

Garage List
2023 BMW M440  [0.00]
After I traded in my e90 330, I followed it for a while and less than 6 months later it ended up in a salvage auction lot in georgia with right front damage. I was so disappointed. Had the car for about 4 years and took really good care of it and did not like seeing like that. Made me wish I never searched for it.

I'm sorry to hear that, I wish there was a way I can search to see where money I have used in the past has gone... the guy who crashed your old car could track down what you did with his money and say "Damn, I which I had bought what AM330i got instead of my wrecked car"

This. I'd rather just think of my old cars as having a nice happy life with another perfect owner!

Feel your pain, looks like my old car here had some rear bumper damage.. Wheels look pretty banged up too.

Most of my cars I've felt the same way but for some reason this car lingers in my mind, probably shouldn't sold it.

Is this like setting up a webcam and watching what your cat is doing when you're at work?

I have. I was the second owner of my 04 330ci and had it from Dec 2013-March 2014. The third owner then owned it from March 2014-September 2014. Not sure where its at now though.

Oh I forgot to mention that I don't care for the car enough to google the vin, lol. I forgot about it the day I sold it since I bought my 335 that same night.

I tried to Google my previous 2008 e92 and I couldn't find anything. Just a bunch of fake(?) vin checking websites.

I still have the key for my old VW Jetta and wouldn't mind seeing if it still works.

If I regularly stuck my dick in my car's holes, then I probably wouldn't.
