slow coolant leak

I've been chasing a slow coolant leak for a couple of months, finally broke down and purchased a dye kit. I was able to find the dye, on front drivers side of the car but haven't been able to determine the source yet.

The top side of the charge pipe coming off of the intercooler on the drivers side is covered in the dye. Anyone have experience with this being a leaky radiator drain or possibly the heater return line?

I have had a leaky drain plug at that location.

I pulled things apart the other day, it appears the leak is coming from that side if the radiator. I couldn't tell if the leak was coming from the radiator or the plug though. I did have coolant on the front side of the radiator a couple inches above the plug. At idea if it could get up that high from the plug?

Edit: does anyone have experience with the coolant plug sleeve leaking?

Same here with Pics

I am having a similar problem. I took a few pics

You can see the line of coolant that leads to the close up. Not sure what it is, can anyone provide insight?

Just did a successful oil filter housing gasket fix a year ago and now this.

Whats up with BMW not keeping in their fluids?

I have a very slow leak too coming from a line just above the transmission cooler. Think it might be an o ring.

I replaced the radiator last night, once I got the fan off it was even more obvious the radiator was toast. Only had 67k on it to.
