New Brake Pads and Rotors Suggestions ?

Hey guys, I'm currently looking to get new brake pads and rotors for the front and rear of my 2008 bmw 328i, i don't wanna spend a lot since i don't use the car for racing, tracking, performance, etc. But at the same time don't want shitty brakes. I live in Canada so most of the websites you guys use won't be any help to me since most do not ship to Canada and if they do they take an arm and a leg for shipping costs. I found these two brake kits on amazon and am wondering if anyone has ever used them? I also need new brake sensors too.

I don't think you will feel a big difference on rotors. You should get some good brake pads. I believe some brake pads will come with brake sensors. Just check around. As for rotors, I would just go with the Stoptech ones.

Plain stoptech rotors and street performance pads. Pretty confident you can find them in Canada, or any shop will send them to you.

Just did ECS geomet slotted and drilled fronts (looks cool, prob not functionally better), Zimmerman coated blanks in the rear and Hawk 5.0 pads all around. Love them!
Initial bite is less than stock, but overall stopping power is much better. Around town speeds feel the same. High speed stop from say >100 to 40 is brilliant. Panic stops rarely activate ABS.

After a week, similar to no brake dust. Noise is non-existent, but I put on a liberal amount of CRC brake quiet.

Cross drilled and slotted for a 328????

Look into Brembo Rotors and Akebono pads. Amazon sells both.

Rear Rotors -

Front Rotors -

Front Pads -

Rear Pads -

Quality Rotors, outstanding pads & NO DUST!!

Your gonna need sensors and maybe new brake caliper clips, if they are rusted.

Look for BOWA brand sensors. BOWA is an OEM supplier.

I know you can get Brembo on eBay as well as Akebono pads too.

Centric High Carbon rotors
Centric Posi-Quiet ceramic pads.
Solid stopping power, no dust, good price on Rock Auto.

Your braking performance on a panic stop is limited by your tire choice. Since you won't be doing consecutive high speed heavy stops, you don't need a aggressive pad.

We can ship to Canada and I only charge my customers exact shipping costs unlike most sites that use flat rate shipping which is usually severely inflated.

Stop tech rotors are a biggest seller and Hawk 5.0 Pads.
