I hope so... Kids have spring break the week before and I need to figure out how I can take the family on vacation and then turn around and go racing. If I do I'll give you a shout. I'll try to catch you in NoCal and we can roll down to SoCal playing bumper tag.

- 1x changed 6x injectors
- 1x changed 6x spark plugs
- 1x turbocharger
- 1x hpfp
- 1x turbocharger vacuum reservor tank
- 1x audio output, radio / ccc permanent failure
- 1x radiator compensating tank leaking
- 3x hpfp failure
- 3x brake light bulb failure
- 1x rear brake pad wear sensor
- 3x parking lamp bulb failure
- 1x tail light bulb socket incorrect connection
- 1x starter
- 1x decarbonized my valves

So with all these failures from previous owner, and myself, only owning 7k miles currently.. i think i am done and going to contact bmw NA and to pursue them to buy it back.
Any updates on your journey. I want to the same and really dont know how to start the process. Do I need a lawyer? or No. Basically, this past year have not had my car about 30 days. Per dealer has had 10-13k worth of work. Now needs motor replaced. Been driving loaner 3 weeks.

lol...+1 on the amazing CAPS...

On a side note....

As a service advisor (Not At Bmw) I would like to add that there is really only so much we can do. And having asshats that want to bash us in the face really doesn't help anyone's situation. At the dealer level, for those advisors who actually give a shit, we can try to get you the most prepared as possible so that when you call corporate you are doing so with facts in hand. I'm not sure about BMW, but our customers have much more pull when calling corporate directly.
