Pop on cold start and rough idle + vibrations - N54

Hello there !
I have E92 335i N54 with DCT, modded to stage 2+ with all supporting mods ( over 5 years).
Month ago i was traveled with car to long trip vacation with my 335i, so after we went back from vacation.
- My car start to misfiring on idle, so i put new sparks NGK 97968 with gap.
The vibrations have stopped a bit, but they was still there, so i get angry and changed to Stage 2 LPFP, with EKPM3 module, all of index 9 and mis-mas-ch set of injectors, to brand new index 12 injectors, properly coded.
And im still not getting on bank 2 AFR 234.94 after Index 12.. can you please somebody check out my logs? I will be very happy, because i cant find anybody near me, who know N54 problems.
I will post Datazap logs from MHD.
a) Cold start with Index 12
b) MHD Stage 2+ Index 12 - 2500rpm 3. gear WOT
c) MHD Stage 2+ Index 12 - 2700rpm 3. Gear WOT
d) MHD Stage 2+ Index 9 and mix of injectors 4. Gear WOT

Can somebody checkout the new index 12 logs please?
- Why im not reaching a 234 AFR? and why i get drop when i start cruise from idle to 500rpm please?

Did you get any codes when you started misfiring? That would help narrow the problem down.

Good night, no there is no Active codes in MHD application. Only shadow codes, they message about Catalytic converter ( 29F4, 29F5) , and Fuel pump, plausibility.
This error codes is doing nothing, if im right.
the LPFP is Stage 2 Fuel-IT! Walbro 525.

- Can wastegates cause a vibrations to engine in low rpms like 1500-1700?
If my turbo´s WG are blown?

Yes, im catless, connect is okay.
- Yesterday i test it again and i found specific think
- when i cruise and have like 5. gear 60km/h and 1400rpm and start to accelerate --> engine have vibrations to 2000rpm and after these rpms everythinks ok.
- WHEN i set cruise control in 5. gear 60km/h and 1400rpm and cruise control starting to acceleration to 180km/h --> there is no vibration and misfire in pull.. so whats wrong..

Same issue here,

Light missfire between 1400 rpm to 2000.

You can hear it when trying to hold revs in neutral.

No closer to finding it. Suspect either injectors or potentially wastegates but I'm not sure car actuates them so low?

I had something very similar to this where light throttle and 2000 RPM id have vibration, and anything after 2k RPM it would stop vibrating. It was my 02 sensors on the downpipes. 29F4 and 29F5 are normal shadow codes however if youre catless because I have them as well, MHD just suppresses them.

Thanks all for your replys, which O2 sensors should i buy? If im catless, did i need change all 4 lambdas or just change O2 on downpipes and secondary o2 let them be?

Next code which popped on MHD in active codes Is 2DED - Power Management, closed-circuit, current violation

I would only replace the O2 sensors on the downpipes. Those suckers are pricey. You can also try cleaning them over night by hanging the tips in a cup of gasoline. I cleaned mine when I went cat-less. Low chance but worth a try.

Your rail pressure at Idle is 2k?? that ain't right should be 750. HPFP?

Yes, idle hpfp pressure on first cold is 2K+ psi, after warming up process ( 90 seconds ? ), hpfp will drop to 400-700 --> its normal
Maybe u just didnt look into mine logs properly. U will saw it in other ones

"never been done before" - wtf, no offense this is basic maintenance on an n54. If the intake nasty it's choking out the air/fuel ratio on start up. It's probably affecting your performance as well.

Yes, never been before - because nobody in Czech Republic know wallnut blasting technology, in our country is only known only Hydrogen decarbonization.

I will change all 4. Because is stupid job. My question is which o2 sensors i should order?
The part ID for regulating lambda is - 11787558055(L=1400mm);11787558087(L=1200mm)
for monitoring lambda is -
11787545074(L=560mm); 11787545075(L=490mm)
My question is = should i order Bosch or GENUINE o2 sensors?

Scratch what I said about AFR during idle, your AFR are fine during idle.

Your LTFT 2 is slightly high after youre warm and during idling, usually indicates a small boost leak of some sort.

Hi, i will check out all hoses, it should be vacuum and intake hoses?
- I got two new log
a) one is WOT on 4. gear
b) Warm up idle

- All of logs were made on DocVu custom flash. Can you please check again?
- My decision is the DocVu flash make car slower, stage 2+ from MHD feels more powerful for me, because its have more low-end torque, turbos have high mileage they might not be capable of reaching target boost?
