Up is a Procede v2.5 w/ Stage 1 aggressive map. It is currently VIN locked and the harness will likely need to be replaced. It is priced accordingly.

Procede was pulled for routine service and when reinstalled, the Procede wasn't sending a signal to the ECU.

I've been quoted $65 for repairing the harness and $100 for the unlocking of the VIN directly from Vishnu. An absolute bargain.
