WTB: Mtech rear bumper

I want to get a mtech rear bumper is there any where to buy in seattle? I would rather buy local than on the internet. Also can you change out rear diffusers for different ones?

besides private deals it will be hard to find cheap deals from shops. No shop i know of have mtech bumpers in stock...if you find one lemme know lol.

and yes for the mtech rear you can change out the diffusers.
