should i buy or wait?

i'm looking to purchase an e92 either today or tomorrow. but i just read something that said the 2007 two year leases are gonna be ending this year and that prices will drop.

if i could get an e92 with like 27k miles in the range or 26-28k, should i jump on that now? or the forecast for prices drop even more later in the year?

2007 models made in 2006 would be off 3 yr lease soon?

there should be coming off of two year lease but if you wait for this when do you draw the line of purchasing/leasing? i say if you need/want a new car just go get it . its a good time to buy either way right now
